What a pain in the bleep!

You can download the app. You can listen to a very limited library of ringtones, songs, sound effects… You can download as many as you wish. But dont expect any of them to actually work on your phone as a ringtone or other audible alert. Instructions say to download ringtones, then connect charging cable, then open iTunes. All that goes smoothly. Next instructions are to select your device then choose apps. The only problem is that my device is not one of the options!!! What a waste of time! Makes me hate iPhone even more!!!!
